I have started to compile all my crazy research into a more organized fashion-- as you can see that was very much needed! I really want to start to adapt my finding in my everyday life. Another mentor of mine Terica from Advocare is going to work with me to cleanse my body, basically hit the restart button-- so I can test some of the foods with the everyday discomforts. I personally struggle from chronic joint discomfort. I am going to put my findings to the test and see how my body physically, emotionally, and spiritually feels. In hopes to draw inspiration for color, shapes, motions and other elements for when I start to create a visual display.
Heather Hansen is an artist that I discovered while researching. She has really helped me to think out side of the box and use my feelings and the connection I have with my body and the way it moves and functions. (Check her out)

• Contacting mentors to get input and feedback
• Potentially interview people that have these "everyday discomforts" and see what description they can give me so I can try to create visuals.
