Do you really need 8 cups of water a day? Well it depends on how much you weigh! Here is the trick... Take your total body weigh (We will use 200 lb. for this example) then divide your weight in half (So.. 100 lb.) you should then drink 100 oz of water a day. So 8 cups? No it all depends on what your drinking out of. Also, considered what temperature you are in.. if you are sweating a ton, you need to replace that fluid back into your body. Drink 1/2 of your body weight in ounces a day will help for daily discomforts by:
• Flushing daily toxins out of your system
• Improving great urinary tract health < Your urine should be as clear as possible!
• Help manage weight loss / gain because it will help you feel fuller longer. (Did you know that most of the time when you think you are hungry you are actually thirsty / dehydrated... so drink up!)
